An Ontario County man faces felony criminal mischief and drug possession charges following a domestic incident Sunday night in Gorham, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies arrested 31-year-old Kolten Lee Randall at about 9:47 p.m. Aug. 30 at 4708 State Route 245, the sheriff's office said.
Investigators allege Randall damaged property belonging to a family member and possessed 0.5 grams of fentanyl.
He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Randall was taken to the Ontario County Jail, where he was being held pending arraignment.
