A 32-year-old Lyons man faces charges after deputies said he trespassed at Lyons Town Park and resisted efforts to take him into custody.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said deputies arrested Rufus W. Hall on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and trespass.
Investigators allege Hall failed to comply with lawful orders while deputies were making the arrest.
Hall was processed and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court.
