Seneca Falls police arrested a Waterloo man Aug. 13 on a bench warrant issued after he allegedly failed to appear in court.
Damon N. Monroe was taken into custody at 6:45 p.m., processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment, according to a department news release.
Police did not identify the underlying case or the date of the missed court appearance.
