A Waterloo man was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility after deputies arrested him on a bench warrant for failing to appear on 12 traffic, obstruction and drug charges.
James A. Hennigan, 31, was arrested around 4 p.m. July 30 and held to await arraignment, according to the Seneca County Sheriff's Office.
The warrant covered charges including failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely, unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, depositing refuse on a highway and driving while ability impaired with a prior alcohol-related offense within 10 years, deputies said.
Hennigan also faced second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, controlled substance possession charges, third-degree possession of a stimulant with intent to sell and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia involving scales, according to the release.
