A Marion woman was charged Thursday with possessing a forged dog vaccination record, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
Abigail A. VanHout, 25, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument after investigators alleged she altered a previous vaccination record issued by Vetco.
VanHout was arrested and released on an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to answer the charge in Marion Town Court at a later date, the sheriff's office said.
