A Horseheads man was arrested after a reported domestic violence incident in the town of Hector, according to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael R. Kelly, 50, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
Deputies said the charge stemmed from an incident July 19 on Chapman Road.
The Sheriff’s Office did not provide additional details about what allegedly occurred during the domestic incident.
Kelly was issued an appearance ticket and ordered to return to Hector Town Court at a later date.
