UR Medicine Thompson Health will hold four information sessions for people interested in its next certified nursing assistant training course. The five-week CNA course is scheduled to begin Sept. 21 in Canandaigua.
The sessions will be held July 21 at 3 p.m., July 29 at 3 p.m., Aug. 4 at 2 p.m. and Aug. 12 at 3 p.m. All four will take place at the M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center, 350 Parrish St.
Thompson Health said the sessions are intended for people considering work as certified nursing assistants, a role that can provide a path toward a nursing career.
