Mosher elected president of O-M School Board

Jennifer Mosher was elected president of the Odessa-Montour Board of Education during its annual reorganizational meeting Thursday, according to the school district.

Mosher, who served as vice president for six years, is beginning her 13th year on the board and succeeds longtime President Robert Halpin.

Halpin will remain on the board but chose not to seek another term as president.

Board members also elected Dana Sgrecci, an eight-year member, to serve as vice president.

Mosher and Kyle VanGalder were sworn in to new terms after voters reelected them in May.
