A developer wants to turn the former Lake Watch Inn in Lansing into a family fun center, according to The Tompkins Weekly. Scott Gruver presented the early proposal to the Village of Lansing Planning Board on June 30.
The concept includes mini-golf, batting cages, zip lines, food, soft drinks and an arcade at the East Shore Drive property.
Village officials said the project may need approvals from both Lansing village and town officials because the parcels cross jurisdiction lines.
