The Victor Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to review greenhouse and parking lot variance requests Monday, while a proposed Fairways Townhomes sign variance remains tabled.
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. July 6 at Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main St. The town says the meeting will be live streamed on YouTube with text commenting available.
Fairways Townhomes sign request remains tabled
The agenda lists the Fairways Townhomes signage application at 652 Championship Drive as tabled until a future meeting.
The application seeks an area variance for a business use sign in a residential district. The agenda says the sign may also be within 35 feet of the roadway.
The applicant still needs to provide the exact location and size of the sign and whether the sign will be lit, according to the agenda.
Greenhouse proposal heads to public hearing
Schuster Greenhouse is seeking an area variance for property at 7720 Boughton Hill Road, also listed as County Road 42.
The request would allow construction of a temporary greenhouse or hoophouse forward of the front line of the primary structure. The agenda says the greenhouse would be used to grow organic produce.
Parking lot expansion seeks reapproval
Van Bortle is seeking reapproval of a variance granted in 2022 for a parking lot expansion at 6327 State Route 96.
According to the agenda, proposed asphalt for the parking lot expansion would infringe on the 80-foot setback requirement.
Plans available through town office
The meeting is scheduled to begin with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by approval of the June 15 minutes and public hearings.
The town says information and plans are available for review at the Planning and Building Office at 85 East Main St. Written comments may be sent to planning@townofvictorny.gov or mailed to the Planning Department before the meeting.
