A Waterloo man was arrested following an investigation into a series of alleged domestic incidents that occurred over two days, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
Justin M. Gardner, 35, of Waterloo, was arrested at approximately 1:01 a.m. and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and first-degree harassment.
Police said the charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred on June 9 and June 10 during multiple domestic disputes. Investigators allege Gardner damaged property belonging to the victim and engaged in a course of conduct that caused the victim to fear for their safety.
Gardner was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
