Lima woman charged after threatening person despite warnings from authorities

A Lima woman was arrested Saturday after Ontario County sheriff’s deputies said she continued contacting and threatening another person despite being directed to stop by both law enforcement and the individual involved.

Julie A. Richardson, 39, of Lima, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following an investigation into the reported threats. Deputies said Richardson contacted and threatened another person after being told by both authorities and the victim to cease all communication.
