Ontario woman accused of violating order of protection after dispute with tenant

A Town of Ontario woman is facing charges after deputies say she violated a court-issued order of protection during a confrontation with another tenant.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Meagan E. Fuller, 41, following an incident Thursday evening in the Town of Ontario.

According to deputies, Fuller is accused of yelling obscenities at another tenant who is protected by a stay-away order of protection issued against her. Authorities said the interaction violated the terms of that order.

Fuller was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree. She was transported to the Wayne County Jail for processing and later released on an appearance ticket.

She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ontario Court on May 26 at 1 p.m. to answer the charge.
