Rose Marie Perdicho, age 83, of Seneca Falls, New York, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026, at The Pathway Home in the Town of Tyre, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on January 26, 1943, in Seneca Falls, she was the daughter of the late Angelo Capaldi and Lucy (Carissimi) Capaldi. A lifelong resident of Seneca Falls, Rose Marie cherished her family above all else.

On May 5, 1962, she married the love of her life, Joseph A. Perdicho, Sr., beginning a beautiful marriage that spanned over six decades. Together, they built a life centered on love, devotion, and family. 

Rose Marie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph A. Perdicho, Sr.; her children, Joseph (Danielle Stephany) Perdicho, Jr., Michelle (Michael) Trickler, and Christine Fregeau; her cherished grandchildren, Felecia Dombrowski, Taylor Dombrowski, Gabrielle (Timothy) Bruner, Jeremy Fregeau, Brannon (Leah) Perdicho, and Derek Perdicho, Morgan Haugh, Ryan Haugh, Caitlynn Haugh, Cos Zeiser and Parker Zeiser, and her adored great-grandchildren, Blakely Mele and Carmella O’Hora.

She is also survived by her siblings, Arlene (Richard) Herron and Robert (Joan) Capaldi, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Rose Marie attended Auburn Community College and was active throughout her life in various roles, including being a cheerleading coach at St. Patrick’s Catholic School, a waitress at Antonina’s restaurant and showed dedication to everything she did. She was a longtime member of the Società di Mutuo Soccorso (SMS) Auxiliary and the Catholic Daughters, where she formed lasting connections.  She was also a member at St. Patrick’s Church. 

She had a passion for bringing people together. Whether hosting family gatherings, celebrating holidays, or simply enjoying time with those she loved, Rose Marie created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and lasting memories. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband and family, especially her winters spent in Florida and her springs spent in Myrtle Beach.

Rose Marie will be remembered for her strength and the deep love she had for her family. 

A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, Seneca Falls.

A celebration of her life will follow at the SMS. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Pathway Home or St. Patrick’s Church. 

Rose Marie will be deeply missed and forever loved.
