Planning is underway for Canandaigua’s 250th anniversary celebration, with town officials and community partners working to organize a full day of events marking the milestone.
The celebration is scheduled for Saturday, July 4 at Richard P. Outhouse Memorial Park, where organizers say activities, entertainment and logistics are continuing to take shape.
Officials said the event will feature a range of programming throughout the day, culminating in a fireworks display tied to the nation’s 250th anniversary. Additional details, including a full schedule of events and participating groups, are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
