A free class will teach Danby residents how to handle disasters — and send them home with emergency kits, according to The Tompkins Weekly.
The Citizen Preparedness Corps will host the training March 24 at Danby Community Church. Experts will focus on family plans and supply prep.
Each household gets a disaster kit, but space is limited and registration is required.
