Savannah Guthrie briefly returned to the “Today” show studio to see colleagues as the search continues for her missing mother, according to NewsNation.
Co-hosts say Guthrie visited the set at Rockefeller Center, greeted staff and said she plans to return to the program eventually. She stepped away from the show after her mother, 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, disappeared from her Tucson, Arizona, home Feb. 1.
Investigators believe Nancy Guthrie may have been abducted, and the FBI is assisting in the case. The family has offered a $1 million reward for information that leads to her return.
