Deputies arrested a man after investigators said he struck a vehicle multiple times with a traffic cone.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies made the arrest around 4:34 p.m. on February 19 at 5250 North Street in Canandaigua.
Kurtis Anthony Freeman, 34, of Canandaigua, faces a charge of criminal mischief in the third degree.
Investigators said Freeman hit a vehicle several times with a traffic cone, causing damage. Deputies transported him to CAP Court for arraignment.
Freeman will appear in the Town of Canandaigua Court at a later date to answer the charge.
