The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a man wanted on an animal abuse charge.
Belton V. Dunagan III, also known as “Vic,” is wanted for animal abuse, specifically failure to provide sustenance, according to the sheriff’s office.
Authorities list Dunagan as 44 years old. He stands 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes.
The sheriff’s office urges anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact them as soon as possible. Officials warn residents not to take any police action themselves other than reaching out to law enforcement.

The agency also notes that residents can find a complete list of wanted individuals through the Wayne County NY Sheriff app on Google Play, where users can also submit tips.
