Police arrested a Seneca Falls man after a reported domestic incident led officers to investigate a home entry without permission.
David M. Snyder, 47, of Seneca Falls, faces a misdemeanor charge following the February 14 arrest.
Police said Snyder entered the victim’s residence without permission while the victim was not home.
Officers charged him with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Police processed Snyder and transported him to the Seneca County Jail, where he will wait for arraignment on the charge.
Authorities also requested an order of protection on the victim’s behalf.
