The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation began after a report on Oct. 15. Authorities alleged Lynn raped a female juvenile under 14 over the course of two months.
Investigators said the incidents allegedly occurred between Sept. 1 and Oct. 3 at his home in Walworth. Detectives executed multiple search warrants on his cell phone and social media platforms during the investigation.
Deputies arrested Lynn at his home. They charged him with rape in the first degree, rape in the second degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, sexual abuse in the second degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities said the investigation remains ongoing and may involve additional juvenile victims. Deputies took Lynn to the Wayne County Jail without bail to await CAP Court arraignment.
