Police arrested a Seneca Falls man after an overnight investigation led officers to fentanyl. The arrest followed an incident officers were investigating from the previous night, according to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Officers arrested Brendon L. Heath, 18, of Seneca Falls on Feb. 1 after making contact with him during the investigation. Police said officers learned during the interaction that Heath was in possession of fentanyl.
Heath was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, an A misdemeanor. Police processed Heath and released him on an appearance ticket.
