Paki poured in a game-high 27 points for the Statesmen, shooting an efficient 11-of-14 from the field and 5-of-8 at the free throw line. Junior Alex Moesch added 22 points, connecting on three 3-pointers and finishing 9-of-10 at the stripe. Senior Gabriel Bergeron also delivered a career-best outing, scoring 19 points while knocking down 6-of-10 shots from beyond the arc, the most 3-pointers by a Hobart player since February 22, 2022.

Skidmore countered with three players scoring at least 24 points. Jacob Gooden led the Thoroughbreds with 25 points, while Joey Skoric and Aidan Roy each added 24.

Hobart led 53-48 at halftime after responding to an early Skidmore run with multiple scoring spurts. Bergeron hit three 3-pointers during a 15-6 stretch, and Paki was a consistent presence inside as the Statesmen carried a five-point lead into the break.
