A property damage crash late Friday night led deputies to arrest a Walworth woman on multiple drunk driving charges.
Alison Johnson, 65, of Kuttruff Road was arrested after Wayne County sheriff’s deputies investigated a motor vehicle collision in the Town of Walworth around 11 p.m. Jan. 17.
Deputies said the crash caused property damage but did not result in any injuries.
Investigators reported Johnson failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. She later provided a chemical breath sample that showed a blood alcohol content of 0.21%.
Johnson was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, and unsafe passing.
Deputies processed and released her on traffic tickets. She is scheduled to appear in Walworth Town Court at a later date.
