Daniels factored prominently, scoring once in the first period and adding another early in the second to push the advantage to 5-0. Hobart continued to apply pressure in the middle frame and carried firm control into the third period.
The Statesmen added two more goals in the final period to close out the shutout. Duclair struck again early in the third, and Connor Lally capped the scoring later in the frame as Hobart cruised to the road win.
