Police arrested a Penn Yan man after responding to a report of unwanted physical contact at a local gas station.
Officers charged Theodore L. Auld, 53, with second-degree harassment following an investigation tied to an incident reported Oct. 18.
Penn Yan police said Auld entered the business and subjected an employee to unwanted physical contact. Officers later issued a criminal summons through Penn Yan Village Court.
Auld is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
