A playground campaign in Hector just got creative — 31 new library cards could trigger a $20,000 donation, according to WENY.
The Hector Playground Project is teaming up with the Elizabeth B. Pert Library, which sits next to the planned build site. If enough people sign up for library cards, an anonymous donor will release the funds.
Organizers say they’ve raised about 30% of their $350,000 goal and hope to break ground this year. Library cards can be picked up at the Valois-Logan-Hector Fire Department during listed hours.
