Deputies arrested a man following an investigation into a reported domestic incident in the Town of Farmington.
Mark Heyden, 34, of Farmington was taken into custody Jan. 4 after deputies responded to a report involving domestic violence on Tidd Avenue. Investigators said Heyden was physically violent in the presence of three young children, ages six to nine, causing them emotional distress.
Heyden was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies transported him to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP court arraignment. He is expected to answer the charges in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
