Deputies arrested a man following a single-vehicle crash in the Town of Victor.
Jesse Volpe, 46, of Farmington, was taken into custody after a crash on Phillips Road at about 10:14 p.m. on Jan. 3, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators said Volpe operated a motor vehicle on a public highway while intoxicated. Deputies arrested him for driving while intoxicated and transported him to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
