Evangeline Lilly said new medical scans confirmed she has brain damage stemming from a traumatic brain injury after she fainted and fell face-first onto a boulder earlier this year. The actress, best known for her roles in Ant-Man and Lost, said her brain now functions at a reduced capacity.
Lilly told fans the diagnosis means months of testing, treatment, and hard work ahead, calling it an uphill battle. She added that the injury has forced her to slow down, a shift she says brought unexpected perspective as she enters 2026.
