According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy pulled Winfield over after watching his vehicle run a solid red light at the intersection of State Route 336 and State Route 96 in the Town of Varick. During the stop, deputies discovered Winfield’s license had been suspended in multiple jurisdictions for failing to answer court summons.

He was taken to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center for processing. Deputies later released him with an appearance ticket and traffic citations. He’s scheduled to appear in Varick Town Court at a later date to face the charges.
