Deputies arrested a man in Lyons after investigating a Family Court warrant.
Authorities identified the suspect as Michael J. Mosher, 24, who lives on Canal Street in Lyons, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest happened around 5:58 p.m. Dec. 24 at an apartment on Canal Street. Deputies Vaughn and King handled the investigation.
Deputies charged Mosher with a violation of the Family Court Act. Officials did not release additional details about the underlying warrant.
Deputies took Mosher to the Wayne County Jail, where officials held him pending Family Court. His court appearance was scheduled for Dec. 29 at 8 a.m., according to the sheriff’s office.
