Deputies charged a 15-year-old boy Monday afternoon after a reported incident involving another juvenile in the town of Lodi.
Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson said the arrest followed a complaint that the teen forcibly touched another juvenile’s intimate areas without their consent.
The arrest happened around 1:06 p.m. on December 17.
The juvenile is expected to appear in court at a later date to respond to the charge of forcible touching.
