A Lodi man was charged with third-degree menacing after deputies said he opened a cabinet containing firearms and ammunition during a domestic incident Friday.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gregory Tuttle in the town of Lodi around 1:11 a.m. Oct. 9.
