A Marion man will serve 2 to 6 years in prison for a drug-impaired motorcycle crash that killed his wife, according to WHAM.
Justin Krocke, 38, pleaded guilty to manslaughter after veering off a Newark road on Nov. 7, 2024, while high. His wife, Kelley Smith, 36, was thrown from the bike and later died at the hospital.
Krocke turned himself in months later and faced multiple charges but ultimately pleaded to manslaughter alone.
