Deputies arrested a man after responding to a report of a physical dispute outside a Gorham home early Monday morning.
David E. Bradley, 45, of Kearney Road, faces charges of aggravated family offense and first-degree criminal contempt following the incident on Kearney Road. Deputies say they arrived around 4:30 a.m. and observed a physical and verbal dispute between Bradley and a woman .
Deputies say Bradley tried to retreat inside his residence, but they followed him and took him into custody. Authorities allege he violated a refrain-from order of protection during the incident .
Deputies processed Bradley and took him to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held pending centralized arraignment. The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case .
