Deputies arrested a Campbell man Wednesday after investigating a report of sexual abuse involving a minor, according to authorities.
Randy B. Johnson, 37, was charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. Investigators allege he had sexual contact with a person under 17 and caused them harm.
Johnson was arraigned in court and released pending further legal action.
