President Trump’s approval rating has dropped to 36%, his lowest since leaving office in 2021, according to a new Gallup poll cited by The Hill.
Support from Republicans fell 7 points to 84%, while only 25% of independents approve of his performance. His lowest marks came on health care (30%) and immigration (37%), with handling of Gaza and Ukraine conflicts also polling poorly.
Gallup says GOP election losses, rising costs, and Trump’s controversial remarks may be driving the decline.
