Senator Tom O’Mara and Assemblyman Phil Palmesano will hold a community meeting Monday evening at the Ovid Fire Department to connect with local residents ahead of the upcoming legislative session.
The meeting is scheduled for December 1 at 5:00 p.m. at 2136 Brown Street in Ovid.
In a joint statement, the lawmakers said they’re eager to hear directly from the community about local priorities and concerns.
“The start of a new session of the State Legislature is fast approaching and we look forward to these meetings with area residents to provide updates on key state and local issues,” O’Mara and Palmesano said. “Most importantly, we look forward to answering questions and hearing suggestions for addressing the goals and priorities we share for local communities, Seneca County, and our entire region and state.”
The meeting is open to the public. Residents are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and share input on legislative issues that matter to them.
