Waterloo man faces felony charge after second DWI incident

A traffic stop in Waterloo led to a felony DWI arrest just before 9 a.m. on November 24.

Police say Mark D. McDonald, 67, of Waterloo, was taken into custody after officers determined he was intoxicated during the stop.
