One of New York’s most anticipated winter traditions is back. The Harbor Hotel Collection has officially announced the return of its dazzling Fire & Ice Celebration across its three waterfront hotels in early 2026, including the popular Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel.
Each Fire & Ice event transforms the hotel grounds into a magical winter spectacle, complete with elaborate ice sculptures, martini ice luges, outdoor fire pits, and live entertainment. The events are not only visual showstoppers, but they also support important local causes.
