After her husband shot a lost DoorDash driver in their yard, Selina Nelson-Reilly allegedly deleted 17 doorbell camera videos tied to the case, according to the Times Union.
She now faces 18 charges, including evidence tampering and hindering prosecution, in Orange County Court. Her husband, John Reilly III — Chester’s highway superintendent — was already indicted for attempted murder in the May 2 shooting.
Prosecutors say the driver, a West African immigrant, was trying to deliver food when Reilly fired three shots, hitting him in the back. The victim needed multiple surgeries. Reilly, who claims self-defense, heads to trial in February.
