After months of delays, Gem Creek Brewing Co. finally opened near Roseland Waterpark, drawing praise for its craft beer and pizza, according to the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle.
Owners Guy Mosher and son-in-law Zach Reynolds debuted the spot with IPAs like their popular Citrine double IPA and rotating experimental ales like Dichroscope Trials. The five-barrel operation also serves New York-made pilsners, stouts, and spicy specialty pizzas.
Located on Eastern Blvd., Gem Creek is open Wednesday to Sunday and plans to add live music and more drinks soon. Most beers are named after gems, a nod to the creek by their home in Waterloo.
