Wednesday featured 18 soccer and volleyball matchups across the Wayne-Finger Lakes, headlined by an exciting contest in East Rochester. Lyons volleyball dropped the opening set but stormed back to win three straight tight sets, securing its 13th victory of the season and completing a sweep of the Bombers. Meanwhile, Bloomfield girls’ soccer closed out its regular season in dominant fashion, finding the back of the net nine times in a rout of Red Jacket.
