Wine, costumes, and dogs coming to Miles Wine Cellars

Wine lovers and pet owners have two reasons to head to Himrod later this month — Miles Wine Cellars is throwing a haunted weekend full of Halloween fun.

The winery will host The Ghost Affair and Howl-O-Wine on Saturday, October 25, blending spooky vibes with local wine and festive costumes.

The Ghost Affair runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and invites adults 21+ to enjoy ghost-themed wine specials, a costume contest, spooky photo ops, and even a chance to meet the winery’s mysterious “Ghost Couple.” No ticket is needed — just show up in costume and join the fun.

Howl-O-Wine is all about the dogs. Visitors are encouraged to dress up their pups in Halloween gear and snap pictures at the Halloween-themed photo booth. Admission is free for both humans and leashed dogs.

Both events take place at 168 Randall Crossing Road in Himrod, along the shore of Seneca Lake. More details are available at mileswinecellars.com.
