Auburn’s music lovers are in for a treat later this month as the Auburn Chamber Orchestra brings some of classical music’s biggest hits to the stage.
The concert, titled Symphony Spectaculars, will take place Sunday, October 26 at 2 p.m. at The Rev Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, located at 6877 East Lake Road in Auburn.
Conducted by Dr. Victor Vallo, Jr., the performance features movements from iconic symphonies by Mozart, Mahler, Beethoven, Brahms, Dvorak, Haydn, and Johan De Meij’s Lord of the Rings Symphony.
Now in its 39th season, the Auburn Chamber Orchestra includes musicians from all walks of life — spanning different ages, towns, and professions — united by their passion for music.
The family-friendly concert is free and open to all, though donations are encouraged to help support the orchestra.
