A verbal argument inside a Seneca Falls home ended with a man in handcuffs Tuesday morning.
Police arrested Jared Bogart, 23, around 11:45 a.m. on a criminal mischief charge after responding to a report of damaged property.
According to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, Bogart is accused of causing damage during a dispute inside a residence. The incident led to a fourth-degree criminal mischief charge.
Officers processed Bogart at the police department before transporting him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. Police also requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
