A luxury resort packed with wellness perks and local flavor will open this month in Skaneateles, according to The Citizen. Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, will debut Sept. 19 on a 100-acre site near Mottville Road.
The resort features 89 upscale rooms, farm-to-table dining by Chef Esperanza Guzman, and a spa opening in October with salt chambers, hot tubs, and yoga. Guests will also find pickleball courts, walking trails, fire pits, and shuttle service to the village.
Local makers contributed to the décor, ingredients, and artwork throughout the property.
