The New York State Police are investigating the death of a 10-year-old girl in the village of Ellenville following a medical emergency last month.
According to a press release issued Tuesday, Kathleen Pulido, a resident of both Ulster and Orange counties, died after an incident at a residence on August 18 at approximately 12:12 p.m.
Troopers say the investigation is ongoing and have not released further details about the circumstances surrounding the incident.
