Deputies began investigating after someone reported unauthorized charges on their account. The investigation led them to Ogdenski, who was located, interviewed, and admitted to both possessing the stolen card and using it.

He was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a class E felony, and identity theft in the third degree, a misdemeanor.

Ogdenski was issued an appearance ticket and is expected to return to Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
